I think as a kid, everyone who lives in the northeast has visted Howe Caverns...it's pretty cool to go back as an adult!
Randy & I in the "wedding chamber" - the lights have been strategically placed on the "bridal altar" to show off the beauty. I think since the caverns opened, there has been over 500 wedding in this location (including the daughter of Mr Howe)
Sometimes the path gets a bit squishy!
They have placed a dormant Stalactite and stalagmite for all those who want to touch...like ME! The reason is cuz the salt/sweat from your fingertips would make the natural growth stop.
This chamber has a "pipe organ".....it's really quite amazing!!
If you look at this formation long enough, you will see a witch
