hopefully this is the last snowstorm of the season, which hubby dubbed the BLIZZ-A-CANE. After all the time we spend hanging up icicles out our front window....check out what nature decided to leave me this morning:
so exactly HOW MUCH SNOW did I get? Well, I use the measuring technique of checking out what has been dumped on top of the BBQ (my guess - about 2'):
i do think my backyard looked kind of pretty before it was attacked with my "reindeer in training" puppydog.....don't you think so?
but alas, my king of the mansion NEEDED to go out to explore:
and when he was done, he gave me these puppy dog eyes that said "ok, I'm done...can you please dry me off & make me soup?"
and while my pup was in the backyard PLAYING, my hubby was out front CLEANING OFF off our driveway & walkway with the snowblower. Here he is just breaking thru to the street:
once I saw him get to this stage, I knew it was time to start making the Soup & Grilled Cheese sandwiches!
