Wow, it's been a really long time since I posted to my blog (I've been both busy at work, and busy each weekend house hunting). Last week Randy & I headed out to PA to my friend Loren & Kevin's wedding. It was an awesome affair held on the grounds of the Fonthill Museum in Doylestown, PA

This was the weekend right after the never-ending rainstorms, so they were extremely lucky.
Some interesting facts: they entered the reception to Metallica, the wedding cake was in the design of Frank Lloyd Wright's FallingWater, and we danced to 80's music all night long!
It was a fun evening...we were seated with Loren's Syracuse College buddies.....and the stories I could now tell ;) Here is the mascot from our table (we even gave him a collar)
The next day, Randy Derek & I headed over to the PA Renassaince Faire in Mt Hope. (Derek hung out in our hotel suite while we attended the wedding). We didn't bring our costumes (Randy wanted to), but once we got there I really wished we did (I love dressing up!) .
The strangest thing happended....one of the audience members who wasn't even picked during the MUD SHOW, offered to plunge into the mud pit. I've never seen anyone do that before...in fact, I don't think the performers ever saw someone volunteer to do that before.
It was HYSTERICAL....messy, but hysterical!
