In case you haven't heard yet, I am under contract to buy a house! It's a really awesome home with everything that Randy, Derek and I could have asked for (even moakie and chewie will dig it). Here are some pics............and trust me, the pics do not do justice to how Randy is going to decorate!

brand new appliances in the kitchen (stainless steel side-by-side fridge...whoo-hoo!)

Living room with fireplace (cozy nights for the honeymooners!)

a really nice size backyard....with a pool (P-A-R-T-Y next summer!!!)

and the pièce de résistance....our very own trampoline!!

okay, so pics of the rest of the house is not shown....dont worry - if all goes according to plan, we should be moved in by the end of 2005. It's been over a year since I've thrown a party, so I'm itching to have one soon......I can't wait to finally host passover at MY PLACE!
